The building where the operate is nice, which gave me a good feeling about the place, until I got to the actual interview. A man interviewed me, and started describing to me their work with "direct marketing" and their close work with Home Depot, and essentially I caught on that this was not a "Sports-Minded" marketing position as advertised in the job posting, but as a glorified Home Depot in-store spokesperson. I was told that I would be contacted about whether I moved on at the earliest the next day or after the weekend, since his boss was not currently in the building, but I received an automated email exactly an hour after the interview ended saying I moved on with a second interview already scheduled.
The second interview was literally him outlining the different "tiers" of the job that I can advance to upon hiring once I set up a certain amount of appointments with customers while doing "field work" at Home Depot, for which my pay beyond the base would be incentives-based. Sound familiar?
The guy who interviewed me was very friendly, don't get me wrong. Just not the position for me, and was incredibly mislead on the work I would be doing.

It was super casual and pretty straight to the point. turns out they just do direct sales.. standing at a booth trying to sell. not for me. It was obviously a way for them to pay recent graduates little money for boring work.
