i submitted an application online, progressed to the next stage which was a virtual task (basically a cover letter), invited to an assessment centre and last stage is final interviews.

the assessment centre consisted of 2 group activities, a presentation, and a short 5 minute interview at the end. too many people present at the assessment centre (+100). huge lack of diversity within the company. non-flexible working. company culture not a good match for me.
