Interview process was okay. I was interviewed by a manager who depicted a very different picture of the position than it really was. He interviewed me 4 times and had questions on my infant as who will take care of her when I am at work. Am I sure that I will be able to manage the workload having an infant at home. Everytime i met him he had just those questions..found it quite weird!All sorts of non-interview questions. interviewed by two directors--quite brief but okay. process related questions.

Interview process was expected. there were about 5 people that interviewed me in about an hour and a half. (be sure to bring a water bottle as you will be answering a ton of questions) Each interviewer has a specific role: for ex, one will ask about your style of learning, another will be the "devils advocate" and try to catch you off your guard. Everything has a purpose. Do your homework, read up on traditional Interview questions and you will be fine.
