I'm sorry that you didn't have a positive experience at your assessment day. We received a vast amount of applications for the Customer Service Advisor position and therefore had to tailor the assessment centre accordingly, but all candidates were given the same amount of time and number of exercises to complete - and our assessors felt they captured enough from the session to make a suitable decision.
