The interview was online. There were 3 interviews in 3 break out rooms, 6 interviewees (2 interviewees per interview). Everyone was very friendly. I couldn't have been more at ease.

Simple. Often virtual but may be fine in-person. They are generally professional and very receptive. Great collegial environment and an opportunity to serve a very underserved population. The chairman and program director seemed very involved in the wellbeing of the residents considering how stressful the work environment and residency can be. They were open to suggestions and looked for innovative ways to grow and improve the system
