Was a group interview , very friendly environment and did not feel like a test centre at all . Interview was characteristics based so it made me feel at ease and myself and how I would respond in different scenarios

Straightforward interview process, interview lasted 20 minutes, handful of simple questions. The most important thing was being able to commit to the role for a minimum of 6 months as an agency worker.
