Very long, took several weeks before they could tell me if I was hired. Too many interviews and approvals needed. Wasn't sure that I would take the position after all of that.

Submitted resume and had two interviews. They were very professional and thorough. But they were not quick to get back to me. After two months I received notice that they had filled the position. Overall, I wish I had a little more feedback on what type of candidate they were looking for.

Phone interview with Regional Sales Director and another local interview with ED. The ED interview was 1:1 and very informal and comfortable. Stressed the point of team and build this new start up together.
