Went well. Had three interviews before hired. Each one lasted 40 to 60 mins. Two in person and one phone. The office personnel had difficulty in the process due to a lack of training. She wasn't used to the online process.

Simple a 2 step interview with a group of people that asked random questions about you and your profession and how would you contribute to their community. One of the people interviewing asked a lot of the questions while the others agreed with her.

I applied online and received a call from the recruiter for the region approximately 10 days later. After talking to the recruiter I was asked to speak with the regional clinical manager and then the executive director of the community. The first two interviews took place via phone and included situation based questions. The final interview was in person and felt like more of a formality and someone needing to lay eyes in the human being who provided answers.
