First round with recruiter (20 minutes), discuss salary expectations and interest in capital markets, goals and vision Second round with two Senior Financial Analysts (30 minutes each - 1 hour collectively). Expectation is to lead the interview and ask questions about the role the full time. No actual directed interest in candidate, interviewers do not read your resume in advance or ask questions about you, it is clear they need bodies but provide poor work/life balance. Questions will only be directed to you on prompt if you are lucky.
