I interviewed for an open project manager role in the Technology Services department. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and transparent however the interview process was very drawn out. I did 6 rounds of interviews and never any proactive follow-ups from the recruiter. I had to follow up after every interview to get an update on the next steps after weeks of no response. Please ensure that you make the hiring process clear to candidates and provide feedback in a timely manner.
