Initial preliminary phone interview, online math and general assessment, video interview with outsourced specialist, phone interview with VP, in-person interview with mall GM. Only the video interview was skills specific and in-depth in nature, the rest were more generic and relaxed. I was offered the job but declined it because they didn't honor the terms initially discussed. I believe an organization that cannot conduct itself in a honorable manner is one I would not trust my professional future with.
