Meetings with many individuals. Tour of the facilities. Lunch with a group. Give a 1-hour seminar with very detailed discussion after the talk. The on-campus housing is minimal so don't expect a nice hotel room.

I was asked to go over my resume and then follow-up questions were asked about each experience/project. She then explained the way the lab functions. Prior resources were sent to me by mail so that I could prepare for my interview.
