Super simple interview and the questions were standard (strengths, weaknesses). I started out with a phone interview screening with one of the really nice recruiters. So I didn’t get an offer, it was great practice for interview questions

As I entered the interview room, I noticed the organized setup and felt a sense of professionalism. The interviewer, who introduced themselves warmly, took a few moments to ensure I was comfortable and explained the structure of the interview. This initial gesture helped me relax and set a positive tone for the conversation.

Very laid back and comfortable interview process! First round was a phone screening with an HQ recruiter. The next round was a phone interview and after that I was invited onsite to meet the team.
