2-3 days interview process. Basic electronics and basic c questions. Questions related to project. I have cleared all round including HR but after all round no reply came from HR, even they will not respond to your call and mails. HR directly said that candidate's 2 months of notice period is remaining that's why they are not going to provide offer letter instead they will search for better candidate. Worst experience ever with brose. They will play with candidate's hope and career. Don't join brose.

First round was interview with external headhunting agency too see if you are normal and if you fit with your salary request into their offer. Second round was with company's HR and technical representatives, where they asked standard HR questions, and within technical part previous expiriences, and they also gave me piece of hardware they are developing to describe its elements. Also they wanted to know how familiar am I with their work. Third round was completly technical interview which they anounced to be test in C, but there were acutally also C++ questions and automotive standards questions. I didn't have too much expirience in embedded before, so they asked if I want to join maybe for lower seniority level and lower salary which I declined, since in overall I didn't see too many benefits to change my current job.
