It was an interesting interview. Very concise and and intelligent. It is a major organization with a lot of power. The managers that hire you are an interesting bunch. Highly neurotic. I would recommend.

Applied in November. Wasn’t contacted til January. First interview was recording answers to questions. Next stage was panel behavioral based questions. Not once did anyone ask me about my experience- everything was solely situational questions. Had 3 rounds of interviews and same questions were asked each time. Then zero follow up. I finally called 2 weeks later after they had run my references to learn someone was offered the position. Why bother references if you aren’t extending an offer. And for an organization that puts candidate experience in multiple videos the lack of communication was troubling.
