Very thorough, included phone screening, on-line application, and on-site interview. The interview team was friendly, very energetic, and informative. I felt comfortable speaking with the interview team. The interview included both the "standard" questions and open dialogue. I walked away excited about the possibility of working with Brown-Forman! Great experience!
