Applied online, had to do an online test at next level. Got called for a 5 minute speed interview in brown thomas, lovely interviewer, straight to the point. Was called for a second interview with Estee lauder advisor and was hired. Had to do further online training with Estee lauder in the UK.

About 20 mins and did it roughly, didn't ask something concrete and acted like their time is super valuable, but you r right in their way. And people don't like to be working in that place.
