First interview via phone; Second interview: in person at their downtown location. Phone interview: basically why you want to work there; In person with the COO and the Director you will work under. They are trying to get a sense of who you are. Basically will the clients like you, will you bring something positive to the firm and the clients, and that seemed more important than actual experience.

The process consisted of four interviews across a few weeks, though I was told this was not typical. The was a first initial phone interview, followed by three Zoom interviews. I met with a number of employees that would eventually be my immediate coworkers, as well as administrators and managers. The first interview was done only with Khevna, and the rest were done panel style with questions from all participants.
