I first applied on LinkedIn, and was contacted within the same week regarding the role and to arrange a phone call with their Talent Acquisition Executive (very friendly/ genuine/ inquisitive and fast at responding). To follow on, I was invited to interview the next week at their Head Office. The offices were beautiful and the 2 interviewers also very friendly and engaging (Merchandiser and member of the Talent team), with a conversational feel that put me at ease. I had a follow-up phone call the next day to provide feedback and unfortunately I was unsuccessful at this time as the role would require slightly more experience. However, their Talent Acquisition Executive gave constructive advice and we have promised to stay in touch in a few months time after I've gained more experience and to see what opportunities are available.
