No Interview, completed the lifeguard training course, and due to my high performance in both practical and theory tests I was able to gain employment. Others have had to do a face to face interview that required a bit more planning and experience in the Leisure and Tourism industry, I was fairly lucky to be well known amongst the staff before progressing.
