I had a very positive phone screening and then had a video call. The person on the video call did not identify themselves as the CEO and asked a variety of personal questions regarding my relationship status and "family values." I indicated that I enjoy a hybrid work schedule to focus on projects, and I was told "we don't do that here. Even when the roads are iced over, we just come in a few hours late."

There are three rounds of interviews for this position. Salary is not discussed until an offer is given. First round: 30 minutes phone call Second round: 30 minutes Teams call Third round: half day on-site
