So I applied for two different leadership positions. When I got there they had me scheduled for an entry level position. When I brought up that I had applied for leadership they ignored it, told me those positions was filled. Not once was this brought up before hand. On top of that the conversation kept going back to a single topic over and over again. It was kinda obvious after I brought up the interview mix up, she didn't even seem to care about anything else I said already decided that I wasn't a fit. She didn't even look at my resume. I wouldn't recommend if this is how they treat people in the interview prossss
