The interview process was pleasant and easy. You don’t need to know much about IT, because the service desk consist of people that haven’t worked in the IT Field before. The manager of the service desk is laid back & easy going.

Interview process was very friendly and entirely through Microsoft Teams. They are willing to work around your schedule and diligent at reaching out and returning calls. They were also quick to respond through email once a decision was made.
