Apply online, came in for a quick trend "rack test" and to speak with the store manager - overall was pleasant.. If you are not excited by fashion or have any hobbies that include reading fashion blogs or magazines, this is not the job for you.

They ask you to name current trends etc - really want to know about you and your style - they are sure to hire people who are truly passionate about retail and fashion

Colloquio
This interview was laid-back, receptive to questions. Asked about various fashion trends and feedback styles. They provided lots of information about job duties, tasks, and expectations. Overall not a bad interview experience.
First interview is a quick 4 question screening. The second interview is much more extensive and requires you to pull clothing to speak about. The third interview is generally a job offer.
