It was relatively easy. I walked in and talked to the GM. The district manager was also there but they asked a few basic questions and hired me on the spot after only one interview. He went over the job description and walked me through some of the processes since I had no restaurant experience. But they were also short staffed and hired me on through 1 week of training and a 90 day probationary period.

one interview with manager, it was like 20-30 minutes in a booth at the restaurant. I was offered water/any other soda. It was a loud environment so beware if you are a quiet person

Met with the store training manager and chatted about the job and about my experience. Negotiated a wage and was hired on the spot. After three months of hire I became a trainer (WCT), after 6 months of hire I became an expo.
