It was incredible; I was shocked by how well the interview went. They were very personal and involved. They ask a very significant question that makes you think. It didn't feel like an interview but more like a conversation. It was a great experience.

Everyone during the hiring process was very transparent. They weren't just concerned with making sure I was a good fit, but they wanted to give me every opportunity to make sure that this was a good fit FOR me. The questions I asked were answered directly and not shied away from. They actually had representatives of departments outside of mine I had applied to, so I could hear how this position impacts their duties and could ask them questions. And so far everything I was told in the interview has remained true since accepting the position, refreshing!
