I applied online and was invited to complete a HireVue asynchronous interview. The questions asked were all behavioral and I was able to relate my past experiences. Then I was invited to a panel interview with 1 HR rep and 2 tech employees. I enjoyed the conversation a lot; I got to reflect on my growth as an engineer and suggested how I might fit in with where this company was currently at. Seems like a great company with nice people and high growth potential.
