the interview process is pointless. they take you on a tour and tell you things that make no sense and confuse people. make it sound difficult with high tech fancy words that no one understands.

they ask you where you wanna be in 5 years and its just a factory and they don't offer room for higher up on ladder. pay increase depends on your personality and not how good a worker you are.
