Interview process was overall smooth. The recruiting team was very prompt at making sure you had everything you need. Some of the interviews felt a little bit inauthentic, just waiting for you to say the right buzzwords or check the right boxes on their end. However, the company is growing fast so a lot of the interviewers likely are very busy.
Four steps, first with hr, second with vp of sales, third round with 3 people and a role play and fourth round with CEO. I was a little turned off in the 3 person round because they were very transactional and didn’t take any time to understand the person side and what drives you. They weren’t very warm and opening. The CEO interview was extremely rushed and I didn’t really see the purpose in it to be honest. I did not a receive an offer because of feedback on the role play which is understandable , however, after doing research I wouldn’t have accepted anyways. They don’t pay their sales people commission until customer pays so you can be a top performer but it doesn’t matter unless your customer pays. I recommend lowering the amount of people on the third round it was too transactional and hard to engage and get to know you and the company better.
