The process started off with an online application, followed by a phone interview with HR. This was quite straight-forward with the usual line of questioning (why you, why Bulb, etc). The next round required completing 'Knack Games' which was a bit different - really cool way to assess competencies and the results were actually in line with what I felt my strengths were. Following this, I was invited for an in-person interview and had to complete an estimation/case question. I believe the goal is to assess problem solving skills/critical thinking so best to be quite systematic and logical. After this round, I was invited to a 30-minute interview with one of the co-founders. This was the biggest disappointment for me because I read so much about the company/founders and was looking forward to the interview. Unfortunately, he arrived late and came across as completely uninterested (either that or he was too tired/busy and just wanted to get the interview over and done with - ticking the boxes quickly and moving on). Aside from this meeting, I enjoyed the whole interview process and actually learnt a lot about the industry through incredibly detailed preparation. Overall, the company is very quick to follow up if you make it through each round - don't expect much otherwise. I asked for feedback at the end and received no response to my email. It is understandable that not all companies can provide detailed feedback but still very disheartening to make it so far through the process and get nothing back.

Estimation based questions to test logical reasoning and assumptions, while other interview questions typically assessed general soft skills like communication, adaptability, problem solving, and teamwork in various professional scenarios. Not too difficult and quite relaxed.
