Colloquio
The interview process was quick, overall it took less than 3 weeks. There were five rounds of interviews:
- Phone interview
- Knack games
- Google type of questions, e.g. 'estimate the number of hair salons in London', 'how many golf balls can be fitted in a plane; in general, they're interested in how you think and how you and what is your logic behind it;
- Meet the team - you get to meet a couple of people from the team and get an idea of the work environment
- Meet the founders - general chat about why you want to work there, what are your goals
Be aware that this is essentially a customer service job. You spent 70% of your time on the phone and the rest of the time on emails or chat. I felt like neither the job description or the interview made this clear. Ignore the fluffy startup language. It is a stressful environment, and your performance is continuously measured against a target. If you're comfortable with this and ready to wait for 6-10 months to expand your responsibilities, there is no better place to learn about renewable energy.
The in-person interview began with some general questions about my background and interest in the company, followed by some consulting-style problem solving questions, and finally a Q&A with current employees.

Colloquio
Initial phone interview to gauge more about you and what attracted you to the company . If successful you go for an assessment centre where you do a few group activities in addition to individual interviews.
Positive overall, had a virtual assessment online, parts were timed. Then a phone interview, then a virtual assessment day which involved role play calls, problem solving questions, how to "make the company better", and a 30 minute interview.
