Initial phone interview after online application. Very quick reply via email to set up the interview call. Very flexible with their available dates. Interviewer asked questions lasting 10 minutes and I was told I was unsuccessful 3 days after the interview.
The in-person interview began with some general questions about my background and interest in the company, followed by some consulting-style problem solving questions, and finally a Q&A with current employees.
Positive overall, had a virtual assessment online, parts were timed. Then a phone interview, then a virtual assessment day which involved role play calls, problem solving questions, how to "make the company better", and a 30 minute interview.

Initial phone interview to gauge more about you and what attracted you to the company . If successful you go for an assessment centre where you do a few group activities in addition to individual interviews.
