Great experience overall. Interviewers were relaxed and very conversational. The first round interview was a 50/50 mix of case and fit, with two senior associates who were easy to speak with. Second round (on-sight) was tougher with 4 separate interviews: 2 cases that were tech-based, 1 fit interview, and 1 interview with a partner. Overall great interview experience, everyone was easygoing and interested in the conversations. Much more personable people than in MBB interviews, but still hinged on solid consulting case prep work. Don't skip applying because you don't know tech, just do normal case prep work and you will be fine.

One on-campus behavioral interview. Then, had an office visit day with two case/behavioral interviews with a manager and a director, a behavioral interview/conversation with the CEO, and some time afterwards to grab some food and chat with a few Associates.
Overall very impressed with the interview process (everyone was very friendly, candid, and seemed genuinely interested in the work), but I had some concerns about the company and ultimately went with a more attractive offer elsewhere.

simple and straightforward interview with a 30 minute fit interview and a case study. I would point out that out of 22 senior professionals listed on their website only one is a woman which was kind of a concern but overall the interview was fine
