I applied and heard nothing for over a month. Out of the blue, the director texted me a month later and we spoke that day. A week later, I came in, took a plant tour, and had a panel interview with the director and several other managers. Then I met with HR and we spoke more about the position. I was told that I could expect an offer at any time and that they wanted to hire immediately. 8 months later, 8 emails later, and I still haven't heard anything at all since that interview. The job is still open, but no one will even acknowledge my messages. I'd avoid wasting my time here.
