Recruiter screening call, phone interview with manager and founder, writing assignment, & on-site interview. On-site interview consisted of four separate interviews based upon various parts of the job and a presentation based upon assignment.

The interview process was rigorous but standard for a growing start-up. It started with a Recruiter phone screen then progressed to a call with the hiring manager. After that, I was given a challenge to complete that would demonstrate core competencies & skills for the role. Once that was submitted, I was selected to present to the hiring manager and head of Org. Once that was passed, I did a virtual on-site "loop" style interview with various employees from differing orgs within the company. My final call was with the CEO and co-founder. Like I said, thorough but well worth it. Every interaction I had with an employee at Bungalow confirmed my desire to work here. The passion, drive, and intellectual horsepower was impressive and definitely sparked my interest further. Apply!
