Three stages
Telephone interview with in house recurtier - very nice, talks through cv, salary expectations and potential start dates.
2nd stage face interview with a Planning manager runs through cv, asks for you to run through planning experience, system experience, knowledge on OTB and why do you want to work for Burberry? Very casual, lovely offices. Arrive early reception takes ages to check you in.
3rd stage face to face interview with 3 more employees. Two more planning managers and planning Director. More competency based question- Have planning examples. Again questions on why Burberry and very causal and very nice people.
However they prefer candidates luxury brand experience.
First stage of the interview process is a video interview where you need to record answers to 5 questions. To answer each question, you are given 1 minute and 30 secs to read and prepare for each question.
