The interview took three stages: phone interview, group interview and final interview with the stores manager and the department manager. Phone interview is only some basic Cv questions. Group interview includes a role play and introduction of yourself. Normally, you can tell whether you will be chosen or not based on the performance of other candidates. Final interviews would stress more on your CV.

The process was quite clear and easy to follow, first a phone call followed by face to face meeting in store. Everyone was quite welcoming and made sure I was relaxed for the interview.

Had a phone call and video interview the was asked to attend a group interview. When I turned up it was empty and it turned out the HR rep cancelled and didn’t let me know, then when I emailed to ask what was happening she said she’d mistyped my email. She asked me to reschedule which I did, and she said she’d confirm the date and time the same week. I never heard back from her.

Pretty easy going. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and it wasn't a "scary" process at all. Nothing came as a surprise and they asked very role/industry-focused questions. It wasn't drawn out either which I appreciated.
