Worst interview process I have ever I have ever experienced. Interviewed positively up to the 3rd stage, one interviewer didn't bother to show up, the other I built a good rapport with who told me that my skills and experience aligned with what they were looking for and it seemed to be going quite well. This was confirmed afterwards by the recruiter who told me I would have a 4th interview in the next two days and then I never heard anything else despite chasing up via email to confirm I hadn't missed anything. The recruiter ghosted me without any explanation and a week later had the audacity to add me on LinkedIn?!

Applied online then got invite to a video interview the next day. This is about 15 mins with four generic questions; you just record your answers. You get a test run for the first question to get the hang of the recording but otherwise first video is accepted as final but they give you the question then 40 seconds before it starts recording.
