Campus recruitment:
Written test - Basic questions about petrochemical industry. But this was an elimination round.
Interview - One round – Questions were based on the resume. Mainly communication skills were checked. Team work experience was valued. Difficulty level was moderate. Good physical appearance is a plus point.
