Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Burger King nel mese di apr 2009
Colloquio
I was way over dressed in khakis and a white blouse. Store manager sat me down in the kids play room, asked me my favorite burger king sandwhich, what I felt a good employee acted like, and if I would ever eat food on the job. Was hired on the spot. Came in the next day for work. Manager promised to have a uniform ready for me (red shirt- you have to bring your own black pants and shoes) but she didn't have it for me so I had to wear a shirt that was literally a XXL. Was sat in the back and watched videos that none of the employees ever followed the 2 years I worked there.
The interview process was very quick and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The hiring manager was very kind and just asked behavioral questions. "How do you work in a team"? "Why do you want to work here". Stuff like that
Long and boring. I met all of their requirements but they wouldn’t hire me. The interviewer was fake nice. But aleast she offered me a drink. I interviewed with them 4 times, all denied.
The Burger King cashier interview is usually straightforward and focused on customer service skills, reliability, and teamwork. Interviewers often ask why you want to work at Burger King, how you would handle a busy shift, and how you deal with difficult customers. They may also check your availability and comfort with tasks like handling cash, taking orders, and keeping the workspace clean. Overall, the process is short and conversational, aiming to see if you can provide friendly service, stay calm under pressure, and fit well into a fast-paced team environment.
