The interview is very difficult, however, BK does care a lot about talent acquisition. I spoke with the CIO during my first round. The second round is difficult though. They ask many weakness and failure questions. Prepare for more than just one response for each question.They will ask you follow up questions based on your responses. They will also try to ask you hard and sometimes politically incorrect questions.
