Long process, but worth it! Video interviews to start, then interviews with multiple employees. Lots of chances to ask questions. If you get an offer, you feel part of the company on day 1.

What is your understanding of the job for which you applied?
Online interview you could record yourself that had multiple interviewees. Could stop and start when you wantedup to two times. It was harder than I thought it was going to be.
