After applying online, received an email from HR to schedule an interview. First round with maintenance supervisor was more like a relaxed and thoughtful conversation than an interview. The interviewer was upbeat, encouraging, and easy to talk to. One week later, received another email from HR for a second interview but I had already committed elsewhere. Even so, the interviewer reached out with a very kind and supportive follow-up email. Overall great experience and communication.
