Took 1 month after application to get initial interview. Then took 2 weeks to schedule the technical/design/CTO meeting (three separate rounds back to back to back on the same day). They ghosted me for multiple weeks until finally hopping on a call after I emailed them multiple times asking for feedback (the person on call made it clear that their decision had already been made the day of the interview, in fact there was no point in moving me to the CTO round from my perspective based on what they had said). The CTO also wasn't rude, but he certainly had a tone to the way he talked that made it seem like he didn't respect me as an actual candidate and doubted my ability to perform in the role.
