Very Poor: 1.) I interviewed separately with 7 people, approx 30 minutes each. This equated to approx 4 hours of my time (with no breaks) that I took off work from my current employer. I sounded like a broken record about halfway through because everyone asked the same questions. 2. I was qualified for the job & even had a 1-hour phone screening call with the hiring manager prior to my sit-down interview. They let me know they would reach out after the interview. I never heard anything back. Very unprofessional to not even have the curtsy to call after spending 1/2 day's time & energy (and their employees!).
