Begining with a phone call after sending in my resume detailing the day to day responsibilities and seeing if they thought my qualifications and goals may fit thr role, ending in setting up an inperson interview. Next an on location interview and a nice tour of the facility to meet the peoplw that I may be working with to ask questions with them so I could see if they job would suit me. Following the interview a phone call to review salary requirements, and to set up an interview with the owner/ceo. Meeting with owner ceo, nice guy, another site tour. Set up back ground check and drug test. Perform drug test and recieve email with an employment contract, the salary was not what was stated in the initial post interview phone call. I asked if it was correct, they responded by saying "we have decided to look into other canidates at this time, we will keep your information on file for future opportunities. All was well until that point.
