It is a long process, but you meet with different people each time so it doesn't seem as repetitive. It can be anywhere from 3 months - 9 months before someone gets hired. They will have you take different tests to see if you are a good fit for the organization.

They ask a lot about strengths and weaknesses because they base some off of the strengths finder.

The interview process had multiple steps but felt very organized and went quickly. It took a week and a half between the recruiter reaching out to me to me hearing the final decision.
I enjoyed speaking with the recruiter and also enjoyed my in-person interviews. I met with three of the leaders for this role and they each showed respect, were very honest, and charismatic.
For a person who gets very nervous during interviews, I had no issues.

Appreciated the video interviews. Began as a casual getting-to-know-you interview and progressed to in person Interview "blitz" with 3 or 4 of the leadership. Great questions and easy conversation.

The process took nearly three months, with an odd recorded q&a session, 3 interviews and a personality and problem solving test. At the conclusion after a very different/odd third interview, I was told I was no longer being considered for the position. I think the whole process could have been more streamlined to eliminate the drawn out timeline.
