Step 1. Recorded Video Interview (via SparkHire) -- I would've appreciated more instructions in the email since I've never seen this used before. But I was able to research more about it after clicking on the link they sent. Step 2. In-Person Interview On-Site -- Super formal group setting (4 ppl) with a graded paper system in front of them. Only 1 or 2 people looked at me as I was answering their questions. After I asked about the next steps, they said they would ask for a project made in the next step of the application process, and they would contact me by the end of next week on whether or not I would be moving forward. Step 3. No word from anybody after a month has gone by. I think they flat-out forgot I existed.
