Very easy and I did in person, but usually they do online. It was my choice to go in person. I arrived at the factory and waited for the person to do the interview. She was very kind.
The interview took place over teams. The HR representative asked a series of situational and competency based questions. The interviewer asked about accommodation status, availability, and experience with customer service, hospitality, barista work.
