It was very short, they asked the basic interview questions about experience in an office and availability. They mainly look for someone who can work on the days they need and they train you for everything else.

Most of the time they want you to work for them and they offer you the job based on your performance in class. They need the help. The interview is just a formality. The real interview took place long before you were offered the job.
